Solution

GuideMe implemented WalkMe digital adoption platform on Optimize in 6 weeks, including a template for TeachMe that could be built upon by TRG’s internal team.  WalkMe will significantly improve adoption from the over 14 users system in its first release, enable FITS users, and improve effectiveness for existing users through usage insights and support for future Optimize features.
